End-user license agreement
Last updated September 16, 2026
Accountr licenses you to use this software for your accounting or CFO practice. The product is provided as-is while it is in active development.
What you may do. Create an account, add companies you are authorized to serve, connect those companies’ QuickBooks files, and use chat and checks to review the books.
What you may not do. You may not connect a QuickBooks company you do not have the right to access. You may not use Accountr to change, post, or pay anything in QuickBooks — Accountr is read-only. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the service beyond normal use.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of work you deliver to clients. Findings and chat are aids for review. Numbers from a chat snapshot are estimated until they come from a live QuickBooks connection. Confirm material amounts in the books before you advise a client.
Intuit / QuickBooks. Connecting QuickBooks is subject to Intuit’s terms. Accountr uses Intuit sign-in only to identify you and to read the company you pick.
No warranty. Accountr is provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or decisions made from flagged items or chat.
Termination. You may stop using the product and disconnect QuickBooks at any time. We may suspend access if the service is misused or if a connection was not authorized.
Connecting a company or creating an account means you accept this agreement and the privacy policy.
